2020: USER RESEARCH, DESIGN & TESTING

Facilitated workshops to create roadmaps and plan sprints for project phases. Conducted user research to understand user and business requirements as well as identifying pain points. I translated research into user journeys to prototype and test. I conducted user testing through a variety of relevant methods, analysing results to communicate clearly to stakeholders how and why decisions were made.
