Unite Students is a leading provider of purpose-built student accommodation in the UK. I worked with Unite to improve the user experience of their online booking payment journey. My contract was extended to also optimise the ‘Welcome’ page, creating a smoother, more engaging experience for students.

UX Review: Payments

I reviewed the user experience of the payment journey, identifying key pain points and opportunities across relevant pages, applying UX best practices to guide improvements.

Wireframes: Payments

Based on my review and the opportunities identified to improve the payment pages, I created wireframes to showcase enhanced concepts for user testing.

'Gorilla' Testing: Payments

I conducted 'Gorilla' testing on the payment wireframe pages to gather feedback from target users in a Unite Students accommodation common area.

I created prototypes to clearly demonstrate the detailed interactions of the proposed wireframed payments page to stakeholders.
